Being resourceful in the home is important in eliminating food waste, and there are several ways to do this. One thing you can do is go through your pantry and write down a list of the items you are low on so that you will not buy excess food staples. Here are additional tips.

Yes! It's very important that you eat breakfast every day, even if it's just some eggs and toast. It counts. People think that skipping breakfast will help you lose weight, and sure, it might, but it's very unhealthy to lose weight by skipping meals. You're depriving your body of the vitamins and nutrients it needs in order to maintain your metabolism so you can lose weight in a healthy manner. You should eat breakfast within 2 hours of waking up as it replaces the nutrients that your body has used while you were sleeping; this way, you won't feel groggy or under the weather.
